Realistic is a producer/engineer located in Atlanta, GA specializing in Hip-Hop, R&B & Pop music. Realistic has been involved in the music industry for 20 years. He has worked on projects for LoveOfPharaoh, Offset, Rick Ross, Future, Wale, Tory Lanez, The Game, Conway The Machine, Talib Kweli, Just Blaze, Lacrae, Musiq Soulchild, Royce Da 5’9”, Pharoahe Monch, Method Man, CBS, Fox Sports, MLB, CBS Sports, NCAA College Football, March Madness, NBA 2K, DC Films, TBS, Skyzoo, BJ The Chicago Kid, Madlib, Quincey White, Diamond D, Bink!, Focus3Dots, Ayo N Keyz, Billboard Hitmakers, The CW's Black Lightning, Triza, Atmosphere, Brother Ali, Rhymesayers, Raheem DeVaughn, Karriem Riggins, Blakk Soul, The LOOPHOLES, A-Lex, Jon Connor, Antares (Auto-Tune), iZotope, Hamburger Helper, & Marlowe. He's an even recorded writing sessions for Nicki Minaj. Realistic has also made loops & samples that have been used by Jermaine Dupri, Dark Child, Bow Wow, Omarion, Akai MPC, Mike N Keyz, E-A-Ski, Ski Beatz, Don Toliver, Beats R Us, & more. Realistic found his love for music at a young age during piano lessons. This introduction to the industry has transformed into his true passions: producing, recording, mixing & mastering for artists. He has set himself and his work apart by trying to find sounds that aren’t usually used to create an unexpected climax in a song. 2016 brought Realistic media praise as he and rapper illWin co-produced the song “Crazy” which went on to be used as Hamburger Helper's mixtape: “Watch the Stove”. On April 1, 2016, “Watch the Stove” was the number one trending topic on Twitter in the country. This mixtape received increasingly positive reviews from Billboard, XXL and Complex. Since 2017 Realistic has worked with Sound Oracle as a Production Coordinator and Head Engineer for sound design. Sound Oracle has sound designed for Timbaland & Polow Da Don. He was also involved in sound designing for Justin Timberlake's album 20/20 & Jay Z's album Magna Carter. That same year Realistic graduated from McNally Smith College of Music where he received his AAS in Music Production with honors. Currently Realistic is a full time mixing/mastering engineer for Realistic Productions LLC & is the chief engineer at SoundOralce.net. Realistic released his first producer album in 2019 & has been getting rave reviews from fans. |
